Daviess County Quality of Place and Workforce Attraction Plan

Community leaders are continuing to invest in Daviess County assets to expand upon our ability to attract and retain talent.  In 2019, Daviess County partnered with Regional Opportunity Initiatives to develop a Quality of Place and Workforce Attraction Plan, identifying 21 strategies to address the workforce needs in our community, amplify quality of place assets, and improve community amenities. These solutions were identified through a robust community egagement process consisting of weekly leadership meetings, two town halls, a county-wide survey receiving over 320 responses, and so much more.  To access the plan, please follow one of the links below:
